Player Agreement & Release
In consideration of your
agreement to allow me to participate in the Australian Claycourt Championships in Melbourne in 2011 (‘the Event’), I hereby
agree as a condition of participation in the Event, to waive, for
myself, my executors, administrators, heirs and personal
representatives, all claims of any kind, nature and description
including past, present and future including any claims in respect
of injuries sustained in travelling to, from, or participating in
the Event, against Tennis Australia, Tennis Victoria, Tennis Seniors
Australia, Tennis Seniors Victoria or the Dendy Park Tennis Club. I have not entered any other tournament during
this period and I agree to abide by all tournament regulations and
by the ITF Seniors Circuit Code of Conduct.
