ITF Masters IPIN

If you are applying for an IPIN for the first time make sure
you select ITF Masters IPIN not the pro tour IPIN costing $70.
The ITF Masters IPIN is FREE to obtain and must be renewed
each year for no charge by logging into your account on IPIN
and following the renewal steps at the top left of your profile.
A valid active IPIN is needed to enter ITF Masters tournaments.

                         Tips  -  IPIN entry issues

Entry Problem:  The IPIN site advises you are ineligible
when you try to enter any event.

Solution : Your IPIN has to be renewed. Check your profile and
check your subscriptions to see when your IPIN expires. You can
renew your IPIN 2 months before this date. If the tournament you
are trying to enter is held after your expiry date you will have to
wait until 2 months before your expiry date then renew your IPIN
and complete your online entry.

IPIN Fee Issue: In MT700 MT1000 tournaments the IPIN
fee is paid via World pay when you initially enter on IPIN.
In some cases if you then go back to enter an extra event
you are asked to pay the USD$10 IPIN service fee again.
The IPIN fee only needs to be paid once.

Solution 1 : Complete your entry and pay the IPIN fee again.
Then send both receipts to masters@itftennis.com and claim
a refund for the extra payment.

Solution 2 : Email masters@itftennis.com  with the initial
payment receipt and what you have already entered and
details of the extra entry including names and IPIN details.
The ITF office will add you manually and confirm via email.

Note - In MT400 tournaments and below the IPIN Service fee is
collected as part of your entry fee payment. Check the fact sheet for
the entry fee payment site.

Doubles Problem : The IPIN site advises your partner is
ineligible when you try to add them with their IPIN.

Solution : Your partner has to renew their IPIN by logging into
their own IPIN and in their profile follow steps to renew IPIN.
Once this is done you can add them as partner with their IPIN.

Doubles Problem :* Trying to add a partner with their IPIN
and you are told they are already entered when they are not.

Solution 1:
Ask your partner to enter the doubles and select
partner from the pool
. Then you can login to IPIN  enter
the doubles and add them as your partner with their IPIN.

Solution 2: You enter the doubles and select partner from
the pool
