Issue paying with Square
On a few payments, maybe 1 in 500, the Square
payment does not proceed
after you enter a code sent to your phone and
you are then presented with a spinning circle.
If this occurs there is some issue with the
card saved on Square typically
you have renewed your card and it has a new expiry.
If you have tried to pay and entered a six
digit from your phone
and payment has not proceeded then please try the following
DO NOT enter the code received but click
the
Checkout as a Guest
underneath the code and enter the card details again.
This always works unless there is a block
on your card.
In this case contact your card issuer.
